Pressing Unit
The product taken from cold storage is brought to the +20 °C pressing and wrapping chamber and the product in the box is passed through the pellet-breaking machine and made ready for usage in press. The product is poured into the tank of the carriage lift and pressed in the self-cooling pressing machine at +15 degrees according to desired measurement and gram and shaped into a tablet. Tablets coming out of the press which produces minimum 100-600 tablets per minute can be divided into single or double machine via separating machine. All operations stated above are performed fully automated.
Filling Robot
Tablets coming from wrapping machine are pushed to three or four robot conveyor on request and tables accumulated in conveyor are aligned as bathes with 15 tablets or more (as required) with 3, 5 or 5 decks and the filled box is unloaded. All operations stated above are automatically performed.
Wrapping Machine
It pushes the tablets coming from wrapping machine to the conveyor over press separately to the folding mould. It cuts the pressed packing in coil shape at the marked point and folds it with the tablet inside, wraps by folding and pushes to the outlet band; on the band flaps are folded and attached under the attaching jaw and sent to the robot.
Mixer Unit
The product prepared with weighed rates in accordance with the receipt approx. 200kg
Margarine is brought into the melting tank and liquefied oil is transferred to the spray tube according to the rate of the receipt.
After 200 kg product filled into the mixer by carriage lift is mixed for a while and then sprayed into the liquid oil product in the tube. The product mixed at 55_60 degrees for a while is taken into the boxes under the lower section and rested in cool section (24_28 degrees) for three hours and stored in +5 and +10 degree room for 14 hours. All operations stated above excluding the preparation of the product and taking into the box are automatically (automated) performed.
Boxing Unit
Printed or printless cartons with defined folding points are placed into 300-500 pcs boxing tanks; the machine pushes the flaps of the boxes taken individually from the tanks into a mould by dropping hot glue on the flaps, glued carton folds and shaped as a box, falls onto the conveyor and enters into the robot.
