BSM 86 – 204 SR5 Multi-Line Roattive Fully Automatic Filling Machine
It is a photocell-controlled full-width fully automatic packaging machine designed to prepare bags with hot jaws from three ends using OPP + PE, PET + PE, OPP + ALU + PE, PAPER + PE, filter paper and similar materials and to place these products in a untouched way.
BSM 86-204 SR5 machine can pack all granuleted products. Salt, sugar, three-in-one coffee, cream, fruit soda and pepper are some of the tried-and-tested products. This machine can pack between 1 - 20 gr by changing the pipe and volume containers. The product is weighed with the help of volume containers and the prepared packs are transferred untouched. The machine can produce 50-250 packages per minute. The number of packets per minute varies according to product structure and weight. It can work on five lines or six lines. The most important feature of this machine is that it can change the length of the package but the width is fixed. The product-contacting surfaces of the machine are made entirely of food grade materials. Adjustment and maintenance are minimal, all controls are designed with appropriate automation (TOUCH SCREEN PLC). All of our products are guaranteed by our company for two years repair and service.
